Skymark collects and uses personal information to approve manage and/or maintain your file with us, as well as offer you other products; programs or services that we believe may be of benefit to you. We destroy information after it is no longer needed: Customer information that is no longer needed to manage your file business is destroyed. We are required for certain legal, tax and accounting reasons to keep customer information for a period following the closing of an account with us. After this time, we delete and or safely destroy all information about a former customer.
